Hi,i had a theme from the 60s that would go around pointer,instead of hourglass, i lost it,can i retrieve it?

i am so used to seeing this on my pointer,i tried ,no progress, please help me out,C:\PROGRAM FILES\PLUS!\THEMES\THE 60s USA.... please help if u would THANX
