Reply:definitely D, u dont have to do B, if thats the problem ur pointer wouldnt even move. but elfa is right. buy an optical instead. easier to use except for playing counter strike. but for over all performance stick with an optical. there are very cheap optical mouse out there.
Reply:first is option B and then Option D and then option C and then if non of these work then uninstall and reinstall the drivers and still it doesn't work then option A
Reply:If you have an optical mouse try using a mousepad, or even a piece of cloth. the surface is too glossy and gives it a false reading.


if it's the old ball type mouse, clean the rollers and the ball first. if that doesn't do it, then go and tighten the cable.


if those don't work and the mouse has been working before that, then buy a new mouse
